The strongest love begins with friendship.
A complicated relationship between them since the beggining just made the thing be more beatiful, cause Lois in her way have to understand what she feels about that nerd and farm guy she met years ago and never imagined would feel this powerful love about he. And Clark… he likes make Lois be nervous, and he’s always laughing with the crazy things she does. She makes he believe in this human side that he looking for.
This is the beggining of their love story.

“That Green Arrow, he could teach Ollie a thing or two.” Smallville. Season 6. Hydro
He can’t even pretend he didn’t like it. He loved it. The kiss was different and exciting. He has thought about what it would be like to kiss Lois. How it would feel if she was in his arms. Then it happens and he is the one shaken. That kiss altered him. This is what a kissing a woman was suppose to feel like, complete surrender, never wanting to stop. This was his first kiss as a man and he was never going back to kissing girls again.

“What took you so long?” Smallville. Season 10. Isis
Shock than immediate joy came to him. Of course she knew. She’s Lois Lane. The woman who knew him since the day they met. She had always known him, seen what he was capable of greatness. Lois had known the real him before even Clark knew who he was going to be. Clark being the Blur was a bonus. Lois Lane hadn’t fallen in love with the Blur, she fell in love with Clark Kent. It took him long enough to see that.

While I love the makeout scene at the end of this episode, my favorite scene would have to be this one. They were so adorable and I know some people were upset that they were so nervous, but I really loved seeing them that way. I think its a realistic reaction for many people, especially when its with someone that you’ve been friends with for several years.
I love that the scene begins with both of them on the nervous side. We see Lois trying to find the perfect attire for the night. I also love the little smile Lois has when she takes a peak to see what Clark’s doing and we see that he’s nervously fixing the pillows. Once Lois finally comes out the look on Clark’s face is priceless and the rest that follows in that scene is perfect. The one thing I would change is I would’ve let them kiss before they were interrupted by the banshee.

“See ya around…Smallville.” Smallville. Season 4. Devoted
They had just met and she was already leaving. Clark had mixed feelings, he wanted her to be happy so he helped her but at the same time he had quickly gotten used to having her around, her voice, her brashness, all of her had been refreshing to him. She was the first real, truthful, in your face woman he had met. As she walked away he smiled because it would not be the last time he would cross paths with Lois Lane and he would be ready.

Lana: It’s funny, isn’t it? After everything we’ve been through, I thought it would take us longer to get over it.
Clark: Us?
Lana: You and Lois.
Clark: Lois? She’s bossy. She’s stuck up, she’s rude. I can’t stand her.
Lana: The best ones always start that way.
I will reblog this one since is one of the few times Lana made any sense. ;)

Lois: Look, you may not remember all the players on the board, but you can still play the game.Goodness with those smiles and banter they totally hated each other. ;) cute scene
Clark: Are you gonna tell me how I’m supposed to do that?
Lois: Trust your gut. Like, what does it say about me?
Clark: We don’t like each other very much.
Lois: You’re on the right track. Keep it up, Smallville.

“You’re not alone.” Smallville. Season 4. Crusade
They meet for the first time. For real. No Kal-el or hospital attendants in sight. It’s just Lois and Clark. These are the first words Clark tells Lois. He doesn’t even know her yet, but watching her talk to her cousin’s gravestone, vulnerable and alone. He hears the tears in her voice and he can’t stand that this strange woman is crying. So he offers comfort and a promise. The moment their eyes met Clark Kent knew he could never leave this woman alone because he couldn’t stand seeing the sadness in her eyes. From this moment Clark Kent strived to make Lois Lane smile.

‘As an actress it was fun, because who doesn’t want to experience that? Petals falling from the sky, and this debonair man walking across the street in the dark - I felt like I was in a movie, and that sounds really cheesy, but I felt like a princess.’
‘Wow, when I read the scene I got teary just thinking about it. He does this thing with [scattering] the blossoms, and it’s such a wonderful surprise. They gave us such a good portion of time to work on the scene, and it was a lot of fun to do. We laughed a lot – a lot more than sometimes our characters are ever allowed to!’
